Support
Questions, problems, or something the app got wrong on a route — a real person reads every message.
Email support
Include your permit number if the question is about a specific trip — it makes the answer much faster.
Email support@routeall.appReporting a routing problem? Send the permit number, the state that issued it, and roughly where you were when it went wrong. That is usually enough to reproduce it.
Common questions
If none of these fit, email us — the list is short on purpose.
Does RouteAll work without a cell signal?
Your permit details and planned route stay on the device once loaded, so guidance and off-permit warnings keep working through dead zones.
Uploading a new permit needs a connection, because extraction runs on our servers. Plan the route before you lose signal.
Does RouteAll issue permits or guarantee compliance?
No. RouteAll reads the permit you already hold and helps you follow the roads written on it.
It does not issue permits, and it is not a substitute for the permit document or for your own judgement. Always verify against the permit itself.
Which permits can RouteAll read?
State-issued oversize and overweight permits, as a PDF or a photo. Extraction pulls the permit number, issuing state, dimensions, weights, the named roads, and travel restrictions.
Always check the extracted details against the document before you drive. If something is read wrong, email us the permit and we will fix the parser.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by RouteAll, so cancel in the store account that charged you.
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, trips, and permit data, and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel that separately in the App Store or Play Store.
What languages does RouteAll support?
English, Spanish, Punjabi, Russian, Ukrainian, and Somali — including spoken turn-by-turn guidance.
The app follows your phone's language. You can change it in Profile.
