Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-28

These Terms govern your use of RouteAll, a mobile application that reads oversize and overweight haul permits and helps you navigate the route the permit specifies. Please read the Driver Responsibility section carefully — it describes limits on what this app can do for you.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RouteAll, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

2. What RouteAll does

RouteAll reads a permit document you upload, uses automated systems to extract the roads and restrictions it names, and presents a route for you to review. Once you confirm the extraction, the app provides turn-by-turn guidance along that route, together with mileage tracking and trip expense records.

RouteAll is a navigation aid. It is not a permitting service, a legal service, or a substitute for the permit itself. We do not issue, validate, or renew permits, and we are not affiliated with any state or provincial permitting authority.

3. Driver responsibility — please read

You remain solely responsible for legal compliance on every haul. The permit issued to you by the relevant authority is the only authoritative statement of the route, dimensions, times, and conditions you are permitted to run. RouteAll assists you in following it; it does not replace it and does not certify that any route is legal for your load.

Automated extraction can be wrong. That is why the app asks you to review and confirm what was read from your permit before any navigation begins — the app proposes and you approve. Map data, road closures, bridge clearances, weight limits, escort requirements, and curfews can also change without notice or be inaccurate in the underlying map. Always verify against your physical permit and posted signage, and obey traffic laws, law enforcement, and posted restrictions over anything shown in this app.

Do not interact with the app while your vehicle is moving. Fines, citations, impoundment, property damage, injury, and any other consequence of a route you drive remain your responsibility.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile, under Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by RouteAll. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You manage, cancel, and request refunds for subscriptions through your app store account settings. Deleting your RouteAll account does not cancel a store subscription — you must cancel that separately, or you will continue to be billed.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload permits or documents you are not authorised to hold, attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer or interfere with the service, resell access, or use the app in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

7. Third-party services and content

RouteAll relies on third-party services for maps, routing, hosting, automated document reading, and payments. Their content and availability are outside our control, and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of map or routing data supplied by them.

8. No warranty

RouteAll is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available when you need it — including where you have no mobile signal.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteAll and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, fines, citations, delays, cargo loss, or property damage arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required by law. Sections covering responsibility, warranty, and liability survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use RouteAll after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
